School Visits

Lizzy enjoys nothing more than visiting schools and sharing her story. She feels passionately about encouraging young people to work hard and follow their dreams. Trying her hand at every activity growing up, Lizzy didn’t find her true passion till the age of 19, and speaks passionately about believing in your own ability, working hard, never giving up on your dreams & having the confidence to be yourself.

Lizzy can deliver an enthusiastic and memorable school assembly, inspirational speeches at prize-givings, give nutrition and training advice as part of PE or sports lessons or focus on smaller groups looking at any number of topics, be it leadership, team work or goal setting.
